I haven’t done a house tour in a while. So today I thought I would show you guys some pictures of a house I recently came across.
I was looking for inspiration on Houzz recently and stumbled upon this 540 sq ft. house located in Sauvie Island, OR. You read that right, 540 square feet! Jessica Helgerson {an interior designer} and her husband and 2 kids live here. They completely renovated the place and did an amazing job maximizing their space.
Let’s take a look shall we?
{Exterior: green roof planted with moss}
I absolutely love the combination of the wood accent wall and crisp walls and ceiling in their kitchen.
The couple sleep in this upstairs loft. How cozy!
The bunk beds in their kids room are a perfect solution to maximizing space.
I currently am obsessed with free standing tubs so I love the tub in their bathroom.
Doesn’t this make you want to have a tiny house now too?
Pop on over to Houzz to see more pictures from their home and read more detail about each room.
Happy Wednesday!

Oh my gosh – 540 sf?! You’ve got to be kidding me. I want just one room in my house to look like that – it’s beautiful!! Especially the natural wood wall. I’m drooling.
I know! I agree.
And it seems like such a simple way to live too.
