Bedroom Tour

I realized a few weeks ago that besides showing you my bed and the one wall in my room with the gallery wall and initial, that I hadn’t shown you guys pictures of the other side of my bedroom.

With the move coming up and me starting to pack things up, I wanted to take pictures of my room before everything needs to come down.

So here are a few pictures of the side of my room you haven’t seen.

As you walk into my room, this dresser is along the right hand side of the wall. I got the window from an antique store several years ago. I just touched up the paint a bit and added some fabric behind it.

The books are old Reader’s Digest books that I got from Goodwill. And the candlesticks used to be black but I spray painted them white.

This past summer I mentioned that I got a new chandelier from Ikea. I never really blogged about it, but you can see a little bit of it in the picture below.

Here’s a side shot with my wood chalkboards that are along the back wall of my room.

I love my little owl. I think he came from Home Goods.

Another fun thing in my room I never blogged about is this cute rug that I have between my bed and dresser. The kind folks at Shaw Floors gave it to me.

Here’s a shot at the other side of my room that you’ve already seen. You can see my antler pallet wall art above my bed. You can also see the chandelier a little better too.

I still have my coffee filter wreath up on my antique door. I put it up with a few little twigs in it to add a little ‘Fall’ touch to my room.

I’ve had fun decorating my room. I started with basically a blank slate and have enjoyed working on all the diy projects for it.

Now it’s onto a new room and a new place to add my own personal decorating touch too. Super excited!
