My name is Megan. I work full time at an interior design firm and home furnishings boutique in Greenville, SC by day and I'm the author of Megan Brooke Handmade by night.

I’m always trying to make new things out of old things… lol My new project is to make curtains, and shades for my bedroom. I just made one for my bathroom, and it turned out amazing.. I used buttons, and just the rod brackets for the rod. I glued cloth to a shade, then hot glued fringe… Turned out better than I even expected! Would love to be able to share, and get new ideas from a group of DIY’ers…
